SPEAKER BIO
Munira Premji is a leadership development consultant, accredited coach, and keynote speaker with 25 years of experience helping leaders and organizations unlock their full potential.
Her signature corporate program, The Enneagram for Transformational Growth – uses the Enneagram – the most psychologically sophisticated personality framework used by organizations worldwide – to build self-aware leaders and high-performing teams. Her sessions are known for being equal parts insightful, practical, and deeply human, leaving leaders and teams with a shared language, renewed clarity, and strategies they can use immediately.
What sets Munira apart is the life she has lived alongside the work she does. A three-time cancer survivor currently living with Multiple Myeloma, she has navigated the kind of adversity that strips everything down to what truly matters. She doesn’t talk about resilience and hope in the abstract – she has built her life around them. Audiences feel that difference.
Munira is an ICF-accredited coach, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a certified Insights Discovery® Facilitator, a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, and is certified by William Bridges & Associates in Managing Organizational Transitions.
She is the author of Choosing Hope: 1 Woman, 3 Cancers, selected by CBC as one of 40 Canadian non-fiction works to watch in Spring 2020, and a dedicated community volunteer with the Toronto Myeloma Support Group and the Family Connections mental health program.

KEYNOTE TOPIC DESCRIPTIONS
Keynote 1 – The Enneagram for Transformational Growth
In today’s workplace, the gap between high performance and burnout – between collaboration and conflict – is rarely about skill. It’s about self-awareness.
The Enneagram is the most psychologically sophisticated personality framework available to organizations. Unlike other assessments that describe what people do, the Enneagram reveals why – mapping nine distinct motivational patterns that shape how people lead, communicate, make decisions, and respond under pressure.
In this keynote, Munira brings the Enneagram to life with insight, humour, and heart – giving leaders a mirror that changes how they see themselves, their teams, and the work ahead.
Your audience will leave with:
• A clear understanding of their own type, core motivation, and blind spots
• Language to navigate conflict, stress, and communication differences
• Practical strategies for leading with greater intention and impact
Available as a keynote, half-day workshop, full-day session, or multi-session program. In-person or virtual.
Keynote 2 – Choosing Hope: From Surviving to Thriving
What does it take to keep showing up – as a leader, a colleague, a human being – when life delivers the unthinkable?
Drawing on her extraordinary journey through three cancer diagnoses, Munira delivers a keynote that is as practical as it is deeply moving. This is not a talk about surviving. It is a talk about the deliberate, daily choices that define how we lead when the stakes are highest – and what becomes possible when we choose hope over fear.
Ideal for organizations navigating change, teams facing uncertainty, and leaders who want to build cultures of genuine resilience.
Your audience will leave with:
• A reframe of adversity as a leadership accelerator
• Concrete tools for sustaining hope, clarity, and purpose under pressure
• A renewed commitment to showing up fully – for themselves and their people
Available as a keynote or workshop.
Keynote 3 – The Self-Aware Team: Building Trust, Reducing Conflict, and Performing at Your Best
High-performing teams are not built on talent alone. They are built on trust, honest communication, and the ability to understand – and work with – the differences that make each person tick.
In this interactive session, Munira guides teams through the Enneagram lens, giving them a shared framework for understanding what drives each person, what triggers conflict, and how to show up for each other more effectively. The result is not just better teamwork – it is a fundamentally stronger team culture.
Ideal for intact teams, leadership teams, and organizations navigating growth or transformation. Half-day, full-day, or multi-session.
