Munira Premji has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Her expertise is in the areas of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent planning, change and culture. She has worked in many industries, including retail, financial services, insurance, pharmaceutical and government. Munira owns her own consulting company, Performance Solutions at Work Inc. She has worked as a People & Organizational Development Consultant for Sanofi. She was the Director of Training & Development with Shoppers Drug Mart and the Director of Talent and Leadership Development at Zurich Financial Services. She has also served in HR management roles at Aviva, AGF Mutual Funds, Scotiabank, Saint Elizabeth Healthcare and Baxter Health Care. She is most fulfilled when helping people to grow personally and professionally and her vision, competence and ability to nurture relationships has led to long-term solutions and success for her clients.
Munira has a Degree in English and Communication from York University. She is a certified Training & Development professional and a Senior Organizational Development Practitioner. She is also an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and serves on the Executive Team on the Toronto Myeloma Support Group.
